Bioware has released a new cinematic trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda. Being my favorite videogame franchise of all time, any little trailer gets me hyped up for a new game in the series. This one was no exception. We get out first look at the male version of the game’s protagonist, Ryder, as well as a glimpse of what looks like the game’s main villain.

The journey to Andromeda begins now. Navigate the uncharted reaches of the Andromeda Galaxy to unravel its mysteries, discover vivid alien worlds, and lead the charge to find a new home among the stars. How far will you go to become humanity’s hero?

While the trailer is a mix of pre-rendered and in-game graphics, Bioware has also revealed that they’ll be releasing more gameplay footage at The Game Awards on December 1st.
