Kalypso Media has announced that the Tropico franchise will be coming to a Playstation console for the first time ever with the release of Tropico 5 on the PS4 on April 28th.

Tropico 5 will be available through boxed retail and as a digital download via the PlayStation Network for $59.99. It will feature a 1080p/30fps presentation and remote play compatibility with Playstation Vita. It is being described as a “Limited Special Edition” because it will also include “The Big Cheese” DLC and the “Bayo Del Olfato” sandbox map, plus an official Tropican passport and postcard for no extra charge.
