Some information was posted on the official site for Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty confirming the upcoming game’s price and an update on just when we can expect the game to release.

Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty will release on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 for $29.99 in the US, €24.99 in Europe and – approximately – £19.99 in the UK.

The game will also be a Cross Buy title for Sony meaning if you buy one version of the game, you will also gain access to the other two versions of the game. It will also be implementing Cross Save so you can carry over your progress from the PS3 to PS4, as well as the PS Vita, as needed.

Now regarding the game’s release date, the following information was posted.

We know you, our biggest fans, are eager to play the game, and we’re doubly eager to share it with you – but we just need a few more weeks to get it exactly where we want it to be. So, in terms of a release date – we’re going to be able to announce when the game will be available to buybefore E3 starts on the 9th of June. The game won’t be out before E3 – sorry – but that’s our promise in terms of letting you know when it will be.

Oddworld New ‘n’ Tasty is also set to release on the eShop for the Wii U, making it the first time the franchise will be on a Nintendo home console.
